Luke is a Director in Deloitte Legal’s Commercial & Technology team, with a specific focus on the travel industry. Luke is a travel law expert and has specialised in providing legal and regulatory advice to the travel industry for more than 10 years.
Luke has a great deal of experience in advising travel industry clients on a wide variety of complex commercial law and regulatory issues. He advises clients on topics ranging from guiding companies through the legal and regulatory challenges involved in setting up a travel business in the UK, to advising clients on the nuanced complexities of the Package Travel Regulations, ATOL Regulations, trading as a Principal or an Agent and advising corporate clients in complex contractual disputes and negotiations.
