Position

Mr. Wienburg is a partner in FBC’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Wienburg’s practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the legal aspects of the operations of high-tech and life sciences companies, including the licensing and sale of technology and a broad spectrum of commercial transactions.

Mr. Wienburg has extensive experience in representing life science, alternative energy and technology companies, both in Israel and abroad.

Prior to joining FBC, Mr. Wienburg practiced law in the international department of a leading Tel Aviv law firm.
