Position

Mr. Uri Zichor, a Hi-Tech, Technology & Venture Capital partner, heads FISCHER’s Blockchain practice. Mr. Zichor has over a decade of experience in the fields of Fintech, Blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

In the last decade, Mr. Zichor has supported a wide range of hi-tech companies, from start-ups in the initial growth stages, to emerging companies and unicorns, to public companies in Israel, the United States and Canada operating in a variety of fields, especially Fintech and Blockchain.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Zichor was one of the founders and leaders of the Fintech and Blockchain department (2016) in the accounting firm EY Israel and was a member of the firm’s global blockchain team.

Within the framework of his professional activities, he has managed and led complex transactions in diverse content worlds in the field of Blockchain in connection with tax issues, regulation, auditing, operations and more.

Mr. Zichor advises companies from ‘establishment to sale/issuance’ – he has rich experience in accompanying issuances, mergers and acquisitions, both on the part of the purchaser and the purchased, and significant financing rounds; in providing ongoing counsel for companies in the process of being established and in early stages of operation, and accompanying them in the areas of taxation, advisory, finance and auditing.
