Prior to joining Al Oula Law, he was a member of the legal committee of Kuwait Fund for Economic Development for more than 10 years.
Obtained the Specialized Language of Law Certificate from Georgetown University, Washington DC in 1998. Obtained the Mediation Certificate from the International Development Law Organization in Rome in May 2001. In 1996, attended the Legal Responsibilities Seminar for Construction Engineers and Contractors in Kuwait and the Arab Conference for Dispute Resolution in Beirut. Attended the Contract Management and Implementation Course in 2000 at Kuwait University and the training course in regulations on purchasing and international projects organized by World Trade Organization in 2003.
