Career

Sotiris Perivolarakis has been the head of the litigation and dispute resolution team of our law firm for more than 10 years.

He enjoys 25 years’ law services experience. He has handled an enormous number of cases before the Greek Courts of every jurisdiction with great success.

He holds vast experience on both civil and criminal litigation, mainly in financial crime. He is experienced as project manager and director in Strategic Planning studies [EOT Strategic Project Development (2001-2003), Ports National Strategic Development Plan (2009-2010)]. He has been Legal adviser of Ports Organizations (Rafina, Corfu and Ιgoumenitsa). He has also participated in legal workshops for privatization (Olympic Catering, Galileo, Zeas Marina, Flisvos Marina e.tc.).

He specializes in Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Privatization Law, Labour Law, Public Procurement Law. The highlights of the year are his presence and the representation of a former Greek Minister in the Parliament (acting as a Court at that matter) for the notorious case of the Novartis scandal in November 2017 as well as the decision of the Court of First Instance of Zakynthos regarding the Pimana case.
