Vasil Goshev is the managing partner and head of the corporate, dispute resolution, and maritime practices. He advises local and international clients, including real estate organisations, commercial businesses, maritime businesses, and private individuals. 

Fluent in Bulgarian and English Vasil works with Bulgarian and international clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters and has considerable experience in investment projects. He provides legal advice to a range of businesses, from start-ups to multinational organisations regarding incorporation and registration, and corporate structuring. 

Vasil guides clients through a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing, and the purchase and sale of real estate. He also advises on commercial contracts, including management agreements, loan agreements, shareholder agreements, and standard terms and conditions of trade. 

In his maritime practice, Vasil counsels importers and exporters, vessel owners and operators, charterers, insurers, shipyards, agents, and seafarers on a range of maritime issues. His work ranges from conditions of trading and general business advice to assisting in the arrest of ships and cargoes and representation in debt recovery actions and contractual disputes. 

Leading the dispute resolution team, Vasil works with clients in out-of-court dispute negotiations and in commercial litigation proceedings, representing corporate and real estate companies in commercial courts. He also represents clients in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
