Career

Dina Duraković is the Managing Partner of dmb partners. She is a corporate lawyer with over 19 years of post-qualification experience in legal consulting of local and international businesses in BiH. Dina focuses on M&A transactions, competition and labor law. She extensively works with financial institutions, global corporations as well as local companies active in industrial production, retail, IT and services. Dina represents clients in complex commercial litigation and cross-border transactions and has been involved in largest cross-border transactions in the country in the last 10 years. Dina is a regular lecturer at various educational institutions on the matters of corporate and employment law.

Dina is involved in work of a number of local NGOs focusing on protection and promotion of human rights. She has assisted in establishment and development of a number of start-ups, focusing specifically on women, youth and other under-represented categories.

Dina has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo and holds an MA degree in international human rights from the University of Bologna and University of Sarajevo.
