Luiz Eduardo Amaral de Mendonça leads the Labour, Employment and Pensions areas at FAS Advogados. With 26 years of experience, he works in the labour and social security practices with an emphasis both on extrajudicial consulting services in collective (union-related) and individual labour law and labour administrative and judicial litigation. He has an extensive experience with complex processes that are highly relevant for his clients and the market, such as, for example, cases involving technology industries, digital platforms, hygiene, cosmetics, banks, retail, civil construction, live marketing, entertainment and special cases related to social inclusion and the law of quotas.
He is graduated, specialized, and holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) São Paulo, Brazil. He is a university Professor and a guest speaker in several associations. He is the author of several publications on Law.
