Jeanette Løfberg is a leading practitioner focused on insurance law matters and specialized in complex commercial disputes and other contentious matters, including cross border disputes.

Jeanette has a wide experience and a profound understanding of insurance law and the insurance market in a commercial context, and she is highly sought-after by household name clients in the Danish and international insurance industry, including insurers and brokers, for her in-depth advice and analysis.

Jeanette advises clients on complex disputes either as coverage, defence, or monitoring counsel across a broad range of business lines, including financial and professional lines (E&O, architects, engineers, attorneys, real estate agents, accountants, and good business practice) and property insurance (CAR contractors’ all risk, building damage, and change of ownership).

Jeanette also advises clients on insurance regulatory matters, primarily in relation to policy wordings.
