Mr. CHEN has completed the legal services for the listing projects of a number of well-known companies in Hong Kong and the United States, including Inner Mongolia Energy Engineering Co., Ltd. , DongFeng Automobile Co., Ltd. , China Construction Bank Corporation , and Baidu.com; meanwhile, he has provided legal services for the major A-share asset restructuring projects of companies such as State Development & Investment Co., Ltd. and China COSCO Holdings Co., Ltd..
