Mr. Sun joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2014. Prior to this, he worked as the manager of legal service department in Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd.
Mr. Sun’s practice is particularly focused on dispute resolution. He has represented clients in more than one hundred civil and commercial cases litigated in courts at all levels and arbitration tribunals across the country. Mr. Sun has rich experience in litigation and arbitration, particular in substantive areas such as corporate, finance, securities, PE and real estate. By considering the situation from the clients’ point of view, he shows strong capacity in providing different solution suggestions according to specific details of cases, and help maximize the protection of the clients’ legitimate rights and interests. Mr. Sun also has extensive experience in advising clients on corporation governance issues under Chinese law.
Mr. Sun obtained the PRC lawyer qualification in 2009, and he is a member of Shanghai Bar Association.
