As well as regularly advising private companies, he is a trusted adviser to both listed corporates and investment banks. David has a wealth of experience on flotations and secondary offerings, both issuer and bank-side.
David has spent time on secondments in Paris and with the RBS Hoare Govett M&A/Equity Originations teams.
