Career

Philippe Delelis focuses on public law, administrative and constitutional, administrative litigation and government contracts. He represents Firm’s clients before administrative courts in legality and indemnification cases. With regard to public contracts, Philippe advises clients on procurements, concession contracts and project financing, as well as other contractual arrangements. Additionally, Philippe advises on both French and European regulatory law involving general and sector-specific regulation, particularly in the energy, transportation and public finance sectors. He has published numerous articles related to public contracts law, and he teaches project finance at University Pantheon-Sorbonne. Philippe served in high-profile positions with the French Ministry of Finance and other departments before entering private practice.
