Jenny is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions practice group. .

She handles both contentious and noncontentious matters, providing pragmatic advice to employers on a wide range of employment issues. .

Jenny has particular experience in restrictive covenants and confidential information from both a drafting and an enforcement perspective. She also regularly advises private and publicly listed companies on senior executive service agreements and terminations, TUPE, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions and IPOs. .

She advises on cross-border employment matters, coordinating advice from other jurisdictions on both discrete issues and multijurisdictional projects.
