Flávia is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice group. She focuses her practice on corporate disputes, antitrust matters, and distribution and sale representative agreements. Her experience includes national and international arbitrations. She is also partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency group, with large expertise in judicial restructuring and insolvency proceedings. In addition, she is one of the leaders of TozziniFreire’s Asset Planning group.
