Fabio acts in the supervision and conduct of international and domestic arbitrations, as well as strategic legal proceedings, in particular commercial disputes related to M&A, construction and infrastructure agreements, as well as commercial contracts related to specific sectors, i.e., Automotive, Healthcare and Banking. Fabio also has accumulated experience in proceedings related to disputes involving the Public Administration, notably in bidding processes. Additionally, Fabio advises clients on extrajudicial and judicial restructuring processes, in addition to advising clients on investigations and proceedings related to the compliance and competition areas. Fabio has international experience, having lived and worked in California, USA and Madrid, Spain. Fabio has also been frequently appointed to act as an arbitrator in several arbitration institutions. With several articles published, Fabio is the author of the books: Arbitration – Practical Collection of Law – Vol. 16 (Saraiva, 2009) and Preliminary Contract – Levels of Effectiveness (Almedina, 2018).
