Trained at Graham & Oldham (now Ashtons Legal), Qualified 1998. Made partner in Ashtons 2004. Michael has stayed with the same firm (in its different guises) since starting as a trainee in 1996.
Michael is a personal injury law specialist and is highly experienced in claims relating to:
- road traffic accidents
- cycling accidents
- accidents at work
- holiday claims
- highway Act
- product liability
- asbestos related disease.
He represents clients who have sustained injuries as a result of motorbike accidents which can be medically complex and challenging and has recently represented a client in a highly complex, million pound brain injury claim.
Michael is the Chair of Citizens Advice Mid Suffolk and Secretary of the Ipswich and Suffolk Medico Legal Society.
