- Acting for Qatar National Bank in a $800m commercial arbitration, arising out of breaches of a loan agreement.
- Acting for Gesenu, an Italian waste management company, in an ICSID arbitration against the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Successfully obtained an award in favour of Zhongshan Fucheng Industrial Investment Co, in an ad hoc investment treaty arbitration against the Federal Republic of Nigeria (arising out of breaches of the China-Nigeria BIT).
