Victorien holds a master's degree in Franco-British business law from the University of Rennes 2. He also obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of East Anglia, a postgraduate degree in international business law and management from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC Paris) and the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), a postgraduate degree in English and North-American business law from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne as well as a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Duke Law School.
