Ralph Lim

Ralph is a Director at Prolegis. He has over 20 years' experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, equity fund raisings, and private equity and venture capital fund investments. Ralph's clients include corporates ranging from start-ups to listed companies and MNCs as well as private investors, private equity funds and venture capital funds.

Ralph has been consistently recognised as a market leading lawyer in the corporate and M&A practice. Prior to joining Prolegis, Ralph headed the corporate practice in the Singapore office of an international law practice and has also previously co-headed the Mergers and Acquisition Practice at one of Singapore's leading law firms.
