Partner in charge of the Intellectual Property Department at SRS, João Paulo Mioludo has extensive experience in advising national and international clients on the registration of patents, trademarks, and intellectual property.

With over 25 years of experience, he has participated in various intellectual property litigation cases and has published legal opinions on the subject. João Paulo Mioludo is a member of the Associação Portuguesa de Consultores em Propriedade Industrial, the European Community Trademark Association and the International Trademark Association.
