Harry P. Morgenthau works on a variety of litigation matters, including white collar investigations, employment litigation and advertising disputes. Harry’s advertising work includes representing companies in consumer class actions and challenges before the National Advertising Division (NAD), as well as providing pre-litigation advice concerning prospective claims and claim substantiation.
