Mercedes started working on industrial property in 1990 when she became a member of the trademark department at Clarke Modet & Cia (Argentina).

In 2001, she was one of the founder members of the Intellectual Property department at one of the leading firms in Argentina, Bruchou Fernandez Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani. She was a partner at Mitrani, Caballero & Ojam until the creation of Berton Moreno + Ojam, wherein she was one of the founding partners until its dissolution in 2020.

Mercedes Bullrich has been a partner at Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum since 2020. She is the co-head of the Trademark Team.

Mercedes focuses her practice on advising both local and international clients in all matters related to intellectual property. She has broad experience in brand development as well as in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.

She was recognized several times as one of the TOP 250 Women in IP (2018, 2019 and 2021).

She obtained a degree in Operations Research from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). She is also an Industrial Property Agent.
