Responsible for the implementation of the office unit in Luanda, Angola, where he worked as a consultant in international business law for four years, working with project finance formatting, company internationalization, structured investment projects, including transnationals, EPC contracts, alliance contracts, among others. Back in Brazil in 2011, he focused on M&A, formatting and reorganizing corporate and family business groups. In 2012 he carried out nationalization projects for European companies operating in the data broker market, when he also started working with privacy and personal data protection, specializing in the segment ever since. He has relevant performance in the technology market, advising several companies, including fintechs, healthtechs, cleantechs, retechs and lawtechs, focusing on the right to innovation.
