Position
Charlton is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer based in Hong Kong.
His practise focuses on insurance related matters on behalf of insurers, advising on policy coverage and defending claims against the insured.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright Hong Kong, Charlton's practice focuses on personal injuries, medical negligence, professional negligence and other insurance related matters. He was involved in a number of high profile industrial/marine accidents.
