Alfred Wu

Alfred is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Hong Kong. Alfred handles an extensive range of general commercial litigation and arbitration. He advises clients on corporate finance, M&A, funds, joint venture, shareholders, property and employment disputes, as well as insolvency and restructuring matters.
