Declan McDaid is an insurance partner based in Hong Kong.

Declan has over 20 years’ experience working in insurance practices in Hong Kong and London. His practice focuses on contentious non-marine insurance, acting on behalf of insurers, both Lloyds’ syndicates and corporate insurers, in insurance-related matters and providing advice on policy and coverage issues. Throughout his career, Declan has litigated and mediated on behalf of local and international clients throughout many Asian jurisdictions.
