Position

Daniel is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in Hong Kong. He focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular focus on advising and representing banks, financial institutions and corporates on contentious matters. 

Daniel has considerable experience of advising on mis-selling cases, fraudulent and unauthorised trading claims, private equity disputes, corporate loan recovery, shareholders' disputes, trust disputes, large and complex contractual claims, cross-border disputes, as well as arbitration related court proceedings.  Daniel has also acted in proceedings involving injunctive and interim measures. 

Daniel's experience also includes advising corporations and financial institutions on white collar and regulatory inquiries and investigations.  

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Daniel was a senior associate in the top-tier litigation team of a global international law firm.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science.  He was admitted as a Solicitor in Hong Kong in 2012.  He is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
