Ting Lei

Mr. Lei Ting is specialized in shipping, maritime matters, international trade, protection of intellectual property rights, foreign direct investments, merger and acquisition of assets and companies, contract matters, insurance, dispute resolution. He has advised clients engaged in a wide range of industries including finance, banking, investment, resources, energy, manufacturing, shipping, infrastructure, and trading, etc.

Mr. Lei Ting has handled a large number of international disputes (litigation and arbitration), recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral award involving charter party, international sale and purchase of goods, cargo claims, insurance claims, financial leasing and investment. He also represented clients for arbitrations before China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Arbitration Institute of Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the London Maritime Arbitrators Association. He is also academically productive and has published a number of articles on leading magazines such as Annual of China Maritime Law and Annual of China Maritime Trial.
