The history of Global Law Office (hereinafter the “GLO”) dates back to the establishment of the Legal Consultant Office of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (hereinafter the “CCPIT”) in 1979. By the approval of Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China, we renamed as “China Global Law Office” in 1984 to take an international perspective on its business, fully embracing the outside world. After over 40 years of persistent efforts and development, we have become one of the prominent large comprehensive law firms in China legal industry.

All lawyers of GLO are graduates from first-tier domestic and/or international law schools, most of whom hold LLM or higher degrees.
