In the area of finance and assets management, Minghao Xu has advised Agricultural Bank of China, Everbright Trust, Zhongrong Trust, Minsheng Trust, China Life Trust, Taikang, ABC Wealth Management and Northeast Securities on banking, trusts, insurance, wealth management, funds and bond issuance etc.
In the area of real estate M&A, Minghao Xu has advised China Resources Land, COSCO Group, Seazen, Yintai, ICBC International, Hainan Airline, Taikang, Korean Posco, CDB Capital, Huarong Rongde and other companies and institutions on corporate restructuring, share acquisition, project acquisition, property customization and assets disposal etc.
In the area of construction, Minghao Xu is quite familiar with construction contracts commonly-used in mainland China and the contract conditions of FIDIC and NEC. He has advised on the projects regarding Ministry of Justice’s new office building, PBC’s major bank vault, Blackstone’s logistics storage, EPC of SK Hynix’s semiconductor factory, schools of G30 Group, Sanofi’s R&D and laboratory base in Changping district of Beijing, Beijing Wanda Plaza and Taikang Life Support Center etc., covering bidding, contract drafting and modification, project management, project settlement and other services.
In the area of commercial/office property operation, Minghao Xu has provided legal service for ByteDance, Sequoia Capital, Stores of Guazi used car, Guoruicheng, Beijing Pohang Center, Beijing Wanda Plaza, Beijing Solana Shopping Center, Beijing Zhongguancun Shopping Mall and South Korea CGV Theater etc., covering leasing, joint ventures, property management and other businesses.
