Juan Carlos Ojam

Juan Carlos Ojam has been the Managing Partner at Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum since 2020. He is also the Head of the Patent Team.

Juan Carlos is extremely experienced in the IP litigation and legal counselling areas. He is recognized by clients and competitors for his great practical insight and astute legal guidance in complex matters.

He leads the strategy regarding trademark portfolios of international companies, fostering their value by participating in audits, complex commercial transactions and other kind of agreements involving those assets. He has wide experience in different areas of business related to wine and spirits, sports, advertising and technology.

Through his work at intellectual property boutiques, and as the head of intellectual property teams at general practice firms, Juan Carlos has developed his activities in all areas related to intellectual property and other intangible assets. He considers himself an “all-rounder”.

She graduated in Law from the College of Law and Political Sciences, Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA). He is also an Industrial Property Agent.
