Peter Fogh is a partner in Plesner's Dispute Resolution team. He conducts litigation and arbitration proceedings before all Danish courts as well as Danish and foreign arbitration tribunals. He provides advice on construction law disputes and general contract law disputes. Peter is particularly experienced in matters with international law aspects.

Peter advises Danish and foreign clients and has been involved in cases related to some of the biggest building and construction projects in Denmark in the last 30 years, including the bridge between the two Danish islands Zealand and Funen (Storebæltsbroen), the Øresund link and the Copenhagen Metro project.

Peter is also experienced in advising Danish and foreign clients on ship financing and other types of project financing.

Peter is a qualified mediator and an arbitrator. He is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in both Danish and foreign arbitration proceedings.

In 2015 Peter was elected as chairman of the Danish Bar and Law Society for a four-year term and re-elected for a two-year term in 2019.
