Benjamin Bunnage is a partner in Plesner's Real Estate team. Benjamin has specialised in commercial lease law, real property transactions and litigation in his areas of legal expertise. Benjamin provides advisory services to Danish and international clients alike. He has many years of experience of completing major property transactions, including buying and selling large property portfolios, whether in the form of asset and share transfers or in the context of sale and leaseback arrangements. In the area of lease law, Benjamin has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting all types of commercial leases, including contracts concerning owner-occupied properties as well as office, restaurant, storage and production leases. Benjamin also has experience of project lease contracts, which are concluded prior to the commencement of a planned construction project. In addition, Benjamin provides advisory services on all aspects of lease law in connection with the conveyance, development and optimisation of real property. Cathrine Amalie Rømer Christensen is a director in Plesner's  Real Estate team. Cathrine advises Danish and international property investors, pension funds and property developers on property transactions and development projects. Cathrine’s experience covers all aspects of project development, from the purchase of properties or land to the creation of properties and cadastral issues, local planning processes, drafting and negotiation of contracts, etc. Cathrine has experience working with large contract and construction projects, where she has provided “cradle to grave” advice. She has been involved in tender processes, in negotiation and formation of contracts, in structuring of sets of contracts and in implementation of complex projects, and she has also been involved in major litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to disputes within the construction sector. Cathrine combines construction law experience with knowledge and commercial understanding of project development, and she provides customized and solution-oriented advice focusing on the success criteria for the project. Charlotte Hasseriis Iversen is highly experienced within general insurance law and regulatory insurance advice in matters regarding Danish and foreign insurance and pension companies as well as insurance intermediaries. Over the years, Charlotte has assisted a number of Danish and foreign insurance and pension companies as well as insurance intermediaries with establishment and restructuring, including portfolio transfers. She has furthermore assisted a number of Danish and foreign companies with advice on the Danish insurance intermediary regulation, most recently the implementation of the Insurance Distribution Directive into Danish law. In addition, Charlotte specialises in general insurance and tort law, including insurance fraud, advisors’ professional liability, product liability, general commercial liability and reinsurance, and she has handled a large number of litigation and arbitration proceedings in these areas. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the insurance markets, Charlotte provides targeted and value-creating advisory services to her clients in the industry. Emil Jurcenoks advises on Marketing Law and Consumer Law, IP Law and general disputes and litigation. Emil is primarily engaged in disputes and litigation, including in particular concerning IP law as well as marketing and consumer law, in which field Emil has extensive experience, among other things, from his time as an assistant judge from 2012 to 2015 in the Danish Supreme Court and the Maritime and Commercial High Court (the first instance IP court in Denmark). Emil is head of Plesner's marketing and consumer law team, providing advice within all areas of marketing and consumer law, including in connection with promotional marketing preparations and conflicts between traders or with authorities as well as regulatory issues. In addition to that, Emil provides advice with all areas of IP law, including in particular copyright, trade secrets, product imitations, design law, trademark law, patent law and IP transactions. Emil Deleuran is a partner in Plesner's Banking and Finance team. Emil focuses primarily on financial regulation and advises in that connection especially banks, asset managers, pension funds and investment funds. Emil's experiences cover particularly advising on complex transactions and contract structures, which often involve cross-border aspects. Emil has worked on several investigations of financial undertakings and has extensive experience in assisting with the handling of various enforcement cases as well as matters concerning breaches of Danish financial regulation, liability and managerial responsibility. Further, Emil assists on an ongoing basis clients with material projects such as the establishment of financial undertakings or investment funds (AIFs and UCITS), purchases or sales of financial undertakings, larger reorganisations or restructurings and implementation projects in respect of new financial regulation. Hans Severin Hansen is a partner in Plesner's Tax Law team and he is recognised as the leading tax attorney in Denmark. He is the only Danish tax attorney rated a "Star Individual" by Chambers and has been selected for The Legal 500 Hall of Fame. Hans advises Danish and foreign business enterprises and he conducts the biggest and most complex tax cases. Hans's track record is unique. A lot of his cases are test cases which subsequently result in the reopening of similar cases and statutory amendments or changes in administrative practice. Hans was the chairman of the Danish branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) from 2009 until 2020 and was a member of its Executive Committee in the period 2009-2015. He was the President of the IFA 2013 Congress in Copenhagen. In 2006 Hans was awarded Magnus Prisen, a Danish award given to a tax specialist who has made a significant contribution to the advancement of Danish tax law. In 2010 he received Christrup Prisen, a Danish award given every three years to an attorney in recognition of his or her exceptional results in the courts. Hans is a legal advisor to private equity funds and businesses, and has been involved in more than 100 transactions since 1998. He has advised a wide range of clients on M&A transactions, including ALD Automotive, AP Pension, CVC Capital Partners, Carlsberg Foundation, EQT, Ford Motor Co, HG Capital, Montagu, Nordic Capital, Siemens, Theolia, Unifeeder and Valedo. In connection with corporate bankruptcies and restructurings, Hans works closely with our Insolvency Law and Restructuring team. In addition to transactional work, Henrik provides advice in relation to ongoing disclosure obligations and corporate governance. Henrik is among the most active capital markets lawyers in Denmark, having completed transactions with an aggregate value of more than DKK 200bn. Henrik has been involved in several Danish landmark transactions across multiple industries, including the IPOs of Netcompany, Nets, ISS and Scandinavian Tobacco Group, the takeover bids on Topdanmark and Nørresundby Bank and led the Plesner equity capital markets (ECM) team advising Tryg on its DKK 37bn Rights Issue, the largest ever ECM transaction in Denmark. Jacob Falsner is a senior counsel in Plesner's Employment and Labour Law team, providing general advice on employment law issues. Jacob primarily focuses on the international aspects and the effect of EU law on Danish labour law. This area of expertise includes secondment and inpatriation of labour, work and residence permits, social security, international private law issues etc. Jacob's expertise also includes the labour law aspects comprised by collective labour law. Jacob also has extensive experience in relation to the employment law aspects relating to private pension funds and he advises on mergers and acquisitions, including insourcing and outsourcing processes. Jacob has special knowledge of the labour law framework used in the offshore industry and also of temporary/untypical labour. At the beginning of 2016 Jacob got a PhD for his business PhD project "Den europæiserede vikar" (in English: the Europeanised temp) that uncovered the employment law aspects of work undertaken by temp agency workers in Denmark.

Jesper Husmer Vang

Jesper Husmer Vang is a senior counsel in Plesner's Data Protection Law team. Jesper is a specialist in personal data law. He has been working with personal data law since 2006. Before joining Plesner, Jesper worked for nine years at the Data Protection Agency, where he for the last two years was head of the Data Protection Agency's supervisory unit. Jesper has also been deeply involved in the preparation of the Ministry of Justice's report no. 1565 on the General Data Protection Regulation and a large number of the Data Protection Agency's guidelines on data protection. Jesper is a frequently used speaker in the field of data protection and he is known for being good at communicating complex material in an easily understandable and practically manageable manner.

Jimmy Skjold Hansen is a partner in Plesner's Dispute Resolution team. Jimmy represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings and is specialized in international commercial arbitration proceedings under the auspices of the Danish Institute of Arbitration in Copenhagen (DIA), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC) and the London Court of Arbitration (LCIA). Jimmy has experience within a range of different businesses and industries, including commercial contracts, M&A and IPOs, capital funds and alternative investments, energy and infrastructure, banking and finance, shipping, food and beverages, retail and services as well as intellectual property rights etc. Jimmy is also experienced in handling international investment arbitrations - i.e. disputes between investors and host states - under, e.g., the ICSID- and UNCITRAL rules, and he regularly advises Danish companies, equity and pension funds on investment protection under international investment treaties. His primary practice areas are trademarks, copyrights, product imitations and patents. Kasper provides advice to and litigates court cases for large Danish and foreign clients, including by means of preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence. He also has extensive experience in trademark and design portfolio work. Kasper is author of the book "Product Imitation Case Law" and has written several IP law articles. He lectures on IP rights both in Denmark and abroad and holds an LL.M. in IP law from King’s College London. Kasper is a member of the European Trademark Law and Practice Team at MARQUES. Kristoffer also advises Danish and international businesses on implementation of complex projects in the areas of energy, infrastructure and construction. Lars Skanvig is a partner and head of our Insolvency Law and Restructuring team. Lars has more than 30 years of experience working with insolvency law and restructuring proceedings and is one of Denmark's leading and most widely used trustees. He also represents banks and other financial institutions with respect to bankruptcies, restructuring proceedings and other insolvency matters. In recent decades, Lars has had a central role in many of the largest and most complex bankruptcies and restructuring proceedings in Denmark. Lars has built up significant and in-depth knowledge of all types of insolvency proceedings - from compulsory dissolution initiated by the Danish Business Authority, notified suspensions of payments and subsequently notified restructuring proceedings, compulsory compositions, voluntary arrangements and proper bankruptcy proceedings with or without the business transfers. Lars is appointed as a permanent trustee at the Maritime and Commercial High Court in Copenhagen. He is also a member of the panel of lawyers appointed by the Danish Debt Collection Agency. Lars was head of the foundation law office and the corporate law office for more than ten years. During that period he was involved in all major transactions and legal proceedings involving aspects of corporate law or foundation law. Lars was also responsible for the drafting and interpretation of the new Danish Companies Act which entered into force on 1 March 2010 and was subsequently responsible for the drafting of the new Danish Act on Commercial Foundations and implementation of the Act. Lars is the chairman of Dansk Forening for Selskabsret (a Danish corporate law association). Lars has long experience in handling cases but also in drafting of new legislation and administration of legislation and he has vast experience of all aspects of corporate law. Lars advises commercial foundations and non-commercial foundations on all aspects of foundation law and atypical undertakings such as autonomous public undertakings. Lars is the author of several books and articles on corporate law and foundation law, including the annotated Danish Companies Act which is regarded as a leading corporate law textbook. Lasse Esbjerg Christensen is head of Plesner's Tax Law team. Lasse advises Danish and foreign businesses and, along with the other partners in the team, he conducts a large number of cases before the courts, including the European Court of Justice, the Danish National Tax Tribunal and other administrative authorities. In addition, he assists a range of the largest family-owned businesses in Denmark in estate planning. In 2002, he completed his Fulbright Scholar Master of Laws (LL.M.) in international tax from New York University. All material rating publications recognise Lasse as a leading individual. Michael Hopp is a partner and head of Plesner's Data Protection Law team. Michael is a leading specialist in data protection law, and he was one of the first lawyers in Denmark to specialise within this area. He has built up a unique market-leading personal data team at Plesner. Michael has worked extensively in the area of data protection law since 2000, and he has acquired broad and in-depth experience with respect to data protection law issues. Michael is widely recognised as a leading Danish advisor in the field. Michael advises some of the most important Danish and multinational companies across industries on all aspects of data protection law, including data security, international data transfers, risk assessments, whistleblower hotlines and security breaches. Michael has handled several security breaches and as a consequence he also has thorough experience of crisis management. Michael is globally recognised for his data protection law expertise and is placed at the top of his field in several international ranking lists. Michael Hur Bertelsen is a partner at Plesner in Plesner's team for IT, Outsourcing and Telecom. Michael advises both Danish and international clients ranging from start-ups to blue-chip companies. Michael has been involved in numerous transactions and advised both customers and suppliers and have thereby acquired in-depth knowledge of value drivers and concerns on both sides of the table and, not least, of relevant market standards. Michael has vast experience in the procurement process and in drafting and negotiating outsourcing agreements as well as all types of IT/technology related agreements, including development agreements, implementation agreements, license agreements and cloud agreements. In addition to technology related clients, the financial sector is one of Michael's special areas of expertise. He has assisted several banks and financial institutions in connection with the procurement of IT/technology and outsourcing and has rendered advice on the rules governing outsourcing for financial institutions. Michael also has extensive experience in relation to M&A transactions, corporate matters and dispute resolution. Michala Roepstorff is a partner in Plesner's Insolvency Law and Restructuring team and has many years of experience administering bankruptcy estates and providing advice on financial restructuring. Michala has for many years been involved in some of the largest and most complex bankruptcies and restructurings in Denmark and is currently appointed as the trustee of one of the most significant bankruptcies in Denmark in recent years - the estate of OW Bunker. As a result she has gained additional experience in, among other things, conducting various complicated insolvency-related litigation. Michala is highly specialised in the administration of estates in bankruptcy, including uncovering of voidable transactions, continuation of operations as well as complete or partial transfers of bankrupt businesses. She is also experienced in advising on the restructuring of distressed enterprises, including arrangements with creditors, and advises banks and other financial institutions on insolvency matters. Based on her long-standing experience from proving advice on employment and labour law, Michala has special expertise in terms of how to act with respect to employees in estates in bankruptcy, including temporary retention of key employees. In 2023, Michala was appointed as a member of the Danish Bankruptcy Council (Konkursrådet). In February 2023, the Maritime and Commercial High Court of Denmark appointed Michala as a permanent trustee with effect from 1 January 2024. Michala is certified by and a member of the board of the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers (Foreningen af Danske Insolvensadvokater). Michala is also the chairman of SWIC, the Scandinavian network of International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). In 2022, she was re-elected "Councillor of Denmark" in INSOL Europe, and she was co-chair at the INSOL Europe Conference in Copenhagen in 2019. In addition, Michala Roepstorff is a member of the panel of lawyers appointed by the Danish Debt Collection Agency, and she teaches insolvency law on supplementary courses under the auspices of Danish Law Firms (Danske Advokater). Mikkel Vittrup is a partner in Plesner's IP and Life Science team and provides advice on intellectual property law, focusing in particular on the enforcement of intellectual property rights in all technical areas (patents, trademarks and design rights etc) through legal proceedings, including preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence.  In addition, Mikkel is head of Plesner's Life Science Regulatory group and he provides advice to a large number of clients on all regulatory issues regarding medicinal products, medical equipment, foodstuffs, dietary supplements etc and conducts legal proceedings against public authorities. Nicolai is one of the most experienced lawyers in terms of transactions in the financial sector, having advised on the largest and most complex matters. In addition to transactions, Nicolai also advises listed companies on disclosure requirements and corporate governance. Niklas is a certified arbitrator and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge. He has considerable teaching experience and has been an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen. Nina Bech Damgaard Pedersen

Nina Bech Damgaard Pedersen is a manager in Plesner's TMT team. Nina advises on all aspects of technology-related contracts. Nina has extensive experience of purchasing and procurement procedures and has been involved in drafting and negotiating all types of IT/technology-related contracts, including development contracts, implementation contracts and cloud contracts. In recent years, Nina has been advising several prominent Danish businesses on the outsourcing of IT systems (infrastructure, operation, maintenance and application development) as well as management support functions (bookkeeping, debt collection and contact centre). Nina has thorough knowledge of the regulation of outsourcing in financial businesses and contributed to the development of the IT solution RISMAoutsourcing which supports financial businesses’ management of outsourcing arrangements, procedurally as well as contractually. In addition to this, Nina advises on issues relating to telecoms, including the regulation of telecoms operators — traditional telecoms operators as well as small car producers, airports, transport providers etc offering SIM cards or other network solutions to their customers. Apart from this, Nina is involved in all matters relating to commercial contracts. Nina is a certified IT Attorney by the Association of Danish IT Attorneys.

Peter Schradieck is head of Plesner's Dispute Resolution team. His practice is exclusively centred on preparing and negotiating major litigation and arbitration proceedings in the areas of management liability, banking and finance, post M&A disputes, IP and marketing law. He also prepares and conducts major legal inquiries. Peter has broad experience from conducting more than 150 litigation and arbitration proceedings and has been involved in negotiating some of the biggest litigation and arbitration cases in Denmark. Peter conducts litigation before the ordinary courts of law, including injunction proceedings before the enforcement courts, as well as arbitration proceedings before the Danish Institute of Arbitration (DIA), the Danish Arbitration Board for Building and Construction and before international arbitration institutions such as the ICC, the LCIA and the SCC. Peter is also a certified arbitrator and is regularly appointed an arbitrator. Peter previously worked for six years in the practice areas IP law and Life Science. Peter also holds a Master's degree in strategy, finance and corporate governance from the Copenhagen Business School (CBS), and he is co-author of the annotated Danish Act on Measures to Prevent Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (The Money Laundering Act) (2020).

Peter Østerby Mønsted is a director in Plesner's Data Protection Law team, and specialises in data protection law, ePrivacy law and operational compliance. Peter provides advice on a broad range of data protection-related issues, including the consequences of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for private entities and public authorities. Peter's advice often forms part of large-scale compliance projects on behalf of major Danish and international businesses. Peter was previously seconded to A.P Moller - Maersk for a year, where he was responsible for the implementation of Maersk's authority-approved Binding Corporate Rules as well as other data protection initiatives. Peter is also involved in the popular compliance software RISMAgdpr, which supports private entities, public authorities and other organisations in ensuring compliance with the material rules of the GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act. Peter has extensive experience of data protection issues relating to adtech and digital marketing, especially with regard to the use of cookies and similar technologies.

Rie Paving Mortensen has been involved in some of the largest and most complex cases in relation to competition law and the law of damages, by both Danish and international standards. Rie is the head of Plesner's economic analysis team consisting of highly specialized economists. Rie's competition law experience includes complex mergers, in particular phase II cases, international cartels and complex cases involving the abuse of a dominant position. In relation to both cartel-related and non-cartel related actions for damages, Rie has extensive experience in establishing the central elements of the counter factual scenario, handling settlement procedures and managing processes in relation to court appointed economic expert reports and testimonies, among other things. In addition, Rie prepares various types of economic analyses and carries out important investigations in matters relating to tax law, intellectual property law and corporate M&A. Rie holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics and a Master of Laws. In addition, she has studied at King's College London where she acquired her PG Diploma in EU competition law. Rie started her career working for the Danish Competition Authority and before taking up the position with Plesner in 2010 she was employed as an economist with Ørsted, where she particularly focused on analyses of competition law economics.

Tina Brøgger Sørensen is a partner in Plesner's Employment and Labour Law team and specialises in employment and labour law and data protection law. Tina has extensive experience in advising employers on employment law, including in cases involving discrimination, business transfers, IPOs, incentive programmes, redundancies in connection with restructuring, efficiency improvements and business closures, as well as senior management issues. She also has experience with regard to employment and personal data law aspects in connection with investigations. She represents business clients before the Danish Board of Equal Treatment and has been an adviser in several cases of general public importance, one of which was referred to the Court of Justice of the European Union. In addition, Tina has extensive experience in advising on personal data law. Tina provides advice on personal data issues in general, including drafting and implementation of data protection documents, assessment of obligations under the GDPR, for instance in relation to impact assessments, documents in relation to the transfer of personal data to third countries, etc, advice on personal data breaches and assistance in all communication with the Danish Data Protection Agency and on disputes. Tina is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and has been an IAPP-approved official instructor of CIPP/E training courses for several years. Tina is an experienced speaker at both national and international conferences and also lectures on matters relating to employment law and data protection law. Tina has produced a large number of podcasts and articles and newsletters on data protection law issues and the relationship between employment rules and data protection law. Torben Bondrop is one of Denmark's foremost litigators. His track record as a litigator is outstanding, and he has won 11 consecutive cases before the Danish Supreme Court.
