Anand Srivastava is an Equity partner with over 19 years of experience. He is qualified to practice in India and New York, USA (admitted in 2019).

Anand has played a very pivotal role in the growth of Link Legal over the last 19 years. He has nurtured and developed practice areas for the Firm, such as Banking and Finance, Aviation, Project and Construction, Corporate and M&A and Disputes. He is a self-motivated individual and a natural leader with a will to contribute to the profession and also be a trusted advisor of his clients.

He has advised on a wide range of transactions, including business acquisitions, ranging from multi-jurisdictional M&A work, joint ventures in various industries, equity issues, private equity and company restructurings, as well as corporate advisory work. Anand also advises clients on transactions related to infrastructure, projects financing, aircraft financing, foreign direct investments and corporate and commercial transactions. Anand completed his LL.M. from Columbia Law School where he was selected as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and awarded the Edwin Parker Certificate for Int’l Law. He is also qualified as a trained mediator with the New York Peace Institute and has worked extensively at the Mediation Clinic at Columbia Law School where he conducted several workshops on conflict resolution and mediation for United Nations Institute for Training and Research and several other US private and public bodies. Anand completed his LL.B. from University of Delhi, Campus Law Center and graduated with honours in Chemistry from University of Delhi, Kirori Mal College in Chemistry. He is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
