Atul Sharma

Atul is the Managing Partner of Link Legal India Law Services and has 40 years of experience. He was admitted to the Bar in 1978 and he advices clients in the practice areas of corporate litigations, mediation arbitrations including international commercial arbitrations, aviation, infrastructure projects, engineering & construction, business restructuring, employee matters, real estate, hospitality projects, and commercial transactions. He specialises in aviation and infrastructure sectors and represents clients in these sectors on all aspects of their commercial and day to day operations. He advises clients on all aspects of aviation business and setting up of airlines, including acquisition of aircraft, aircraft financing, leasing (wet and dry), leasing of spaces at airports, securing permission from civil aviation authorities for airline operations and related approvals from the government agencies and all engineering and commercial contracts.   He also advises on all contractual and dispute matters in airports sector (domestic and international). He also provides assistance to his clients in setting up and developing infrastructure projects in non-airport sectors as well, like roads, ports, water and waste management, power, urban transportation and oil & gas etc.    He has considerable experience in representing major corporate clients in various Courts, Tribunals, Arbitrations and other judicial and quasi-judicial fora, and providing advice on all aspects of civil and commercial laws including company law, economic laws, labour laws, anti-trust laws, consumer protection laws.    He has spoken on many complex legal issues at national and international fora. He is the Chair of the Aviation Committee of Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA).

K.A. Najmi

Mr. K.A. Najmi is presently a Partner in Link Legal ILS, a full service Law Firm as part of the Banking and Finance team of the Firm.He holds a Master’s degree in law from Bombay University with specialisation in commercial laws. He has more than 30 years of experience. He has served in the Legal Department, Reserve Bank of India (1979-2000) on various positions. He was involved in the drafting and implementation of Exchange Control Regulations. He Joined IFCI Ltd., as Chief General Manager Law and worked there between 2000/2004.  

Milanka Chaudhury

Mr. Milanka Chaudhury is a Partner at Link Legal India Law Services, having close to two decades of noteworthy experience in Litigation and expertise in International and Domestic arbitrations.    A renowned name / pioneer in the legal industry, Mr. Chaudhury has a significant experience in assisting and representing clients in areas such as constitutional, commercial, civil, labour and consumer protection laws. Ravi Varma

Ravi is a partner with Link Legal India Law Services and has over 38 years of experience. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi. He heads the Construction & Real Estate, Contract & Claims Management and Sports practice areas of the Firm. He has considerable experience in representing major corporate clients in various Courts, Tribunals, Arbitrations and quasi-judicial authorities. Ravi has been actively involved in contract management in relation to EPC contracts of large infrastructure projects. Ravi also advises the IPL team- Delhi Daredevils and ISL team- Delhi Dynamos FC on all aspects of their branding, sponsorship, website, media, player and other contracts for the IPL league, cricket and ISL League, football matches in India.
