Hugo is Partner and founding member of Sofia Galvão Advogados, a boutique Portugal based Territory Law firm. An experienced advocate, Hugo works in all areas of Territory Law, but is especially focused on Real Estate, Land and Maritime Spatial Planning, Tourism, EU Funds, Construction and Litigation in these fields.

Hugo graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon, where he completed the courses of his Master’s in Legal Political Sciences.
