Maarten Haak  is an experienced litigator in cases on trademarks, product design, unfair competition and related contracts, with a track record that spans over 25 years. He is a founding partner of Hoogenraad & Haak, a boutique law firm in Amsterdam. Previously, Maarten served as a deputy judge in the Court of Appeal of Arnhem-Leeuwarden, which allows him to put himself well in the judge's perspective. Maarten is an effective negotiator and a good listener.
