Furthermore, Jacob represents the country’s largest and most prominent enterprises and is immensely skilled at appearing before all instances of the Israeli courts, including the Supreme Court, as well as in managing arbitrations and mediations. Likewise, Jacob has notable experience in international arbitration, representing leading clients in assorted arbitration proceedings overseas, including arbitration under the auspices and rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce). The commission drafts and revises the various ICC rules for dispute resolution, including the ICC Rules of Arbitration, the ICC ADR Rules, the ICC Dispute Board Rules, and the ICC Rules for Expertise.
