Ami Osnat
Ami Osnat is a partner in the firm’s litigation department, as well as an arbitrator and a mediator. For his entire professional career, both as an associate and as a partner in a number of Israel’s leading law firms, Ami has worked in the various areas of commercial law, in labor law and in administrative law. Inter alia, Ami has been involved in consulting and in drafting and advising, on large and complex agreements and tenders and has handled intricate international contracts and provided representation to large entities in complex legal proceedings. Ami has served as advisor for several municipalities, such as Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Nazareth Ilit, Kalansawa and Jaljulia, as well as for various official bodies and governmental corporations. He acts as legal advisor to various office holders in the public sector and also lead a banking team working on complex banking issues, including financial transactions vis-a-vis banks. In 2012, Ami was awarded the title of “Distinguished Professional” by the Israel Bar Association.

Asher is a partner in the firm's capital market department. Prior To joining the firm in 2019, Asher served in several prominent positions in the Israeli capital market. Asher started his professional career at the Corporations Section of the Israeli Securities Authority where, for about 7 years, he lead a in a senior position in charge of corporate governance. His capacity, Asher was responsible for all aspects of corporate governance relating to the work of the ISA, both regarding the ongoing supervision of public companies and with regard to the legislative process, the publication of policy positions and in supporting cases of enforcement. The tasks associates with that position at the ISA include an advisory role on all corporate governance for the Capital Market Authority, the Companies Authority, the Bank of Israel and the Ministry of Justice. As part of his work at the ISA, Asher served as a member of various public committees, including: the Committee for the Enactment of the Law for Senior Office Holders’ Salaries, the Committee for the Enactment of Amendment 20 to the Companies Law, the project to mitigate regulation, corporate governance for government companies. After leaving his role at the ISA, Asher worked in the capital markets department of a leading Tel Aviv firm, where he regularly acted as advisor to Israeli corporations listed on the Stock Exchange and to institutionalsequence trading corporations, including with regard to the construction of offering structures, providing of legal advice and rendering of services with the relevant regulatory bodies. Eytan Epstein
Eytan Epstein is one of the senior partners at M. Firon & Co. Eytan received his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University (LL.B. 1984) and, after being admitted to the Israel Bar in 1985, he worked in DG IV (Competition) in Brussels. He had established his law firm in 1989 which merged with M. Firon & Co. in 2015. Eytan served as lecturer and Assistant Professor at the Tel-Aviv University Law School and teaches EC Competition and International Trade Law at the Tel-Aviv Business College. Eytan served as a member of the Governmental Committee for the preparation of Israel towards the European Union (1992), the Foreign Trade Committee of the Israel Industrialists’ Association, the Foreign Trade Committee of the Israel CPA Association and the Foreign Trade Committee of the Israel Chambers of Commerce. Eytan is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and had served until recently as Co-Chair of the International Sales Committee. As of 2002, Eytan is listed in the Law Library Research publication of the International Who’s Who Competition Lawyers [www.whoswholegal.com]. In 2008 Eytan was a member of a special task force formed by the IBA to comment on the Draft Non-Horizontal Merger Guidelines issued by the European Commission. Adv. Gafnit Lagziel Shababo is a partner in M. Firon & Co. Gafnit joined the firm in 2018 by virtue of the merger with the firm of Poliakov & Lagziel Shababo Gafnit has extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate law, planning and zoning, including representation of private clients in real estate  transactions and representation of developers  and contractors as well as in handling urban renewal projects (including under National Outline Plan (NOP) 38). Gafnit supports her clients throughout all stages of the real estate transaction, from its initial stages, including negotiations regarding sale or purchase, carrying out  relevant title and other due diligence reviews, drafting the legal documents, and registration of the transaction. In transactions under NOP 38, Gafnit provides legal assistance from the initial stage of obtaining the tenants consents (either on the part of the developer or the tenants), through the implementation of the agreement between the developer and the tenants, including but not limited to compliance with the required collateral requirements, dealing with the banks involved, issuing permits, appointment of supervisors, reporting for real estate taxation purposes, representation of the contractor in the sale of new apartments, registration of the house as a condominium, support of the contractors and subcontractors in commercial proceedings and litigation proceedings and so forth. Gilad Lipshitz is a partner at Firon Law Firm in its Real Estate department. He has acquired particular experience in the management of collective bargaining agreements in the public sector requiring his involvement in some of the most significant collective disputes in the Israeli economy. Ms. Matzkevich practice focuses on all aspects of antitrust including the criminal aspects and the evolving segment – concentration and the food law. In addition Ms. Matzkevich advises corporations through all phases of white collar crime investigations, including corruption and bribery investigations in Israel and around the world. After her mandatory internship at the District Attorney's Office in Jerusalem, where she represented the State of Israel in criminal and civil proceedings, she was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1998. Ms. Matzkevich then joined the Israel Antitrust Authority and between 1999-2002 led the Authority's criminal practice. In 2001 she was appointed Head of the Authority's Criminal Section. While holding this position, Ms. Matzkevich supervised the Authority's prosecutors in criminal cases. She herself represented the Authority in litigation proceedings at the District and Supreme courts. Ms. Matzkevich personally led the key criminal cases of the Authority, including the first case in which prison sentences were imposed on cartel members. Ms. Matzkevich was also responsible for the Authority's regulatory activity in sectors such as professional organizations, water and environment. Between 2001-2002, she also served as the legal counsel of the Authority's Procurements and Tenders Committee. In 2002 Ms. Matzkevich was admitted to the New York State Bar, and in 2003 she joined the Federal Trade Commission's North East Regional Office as a staff attorney. During her six years tenure at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Ms. Matzkevich practiced both antitrust and consumer protection law. Naama has more than 20 years experience in Civil-Commercial law, with particular emphasis on Administrative law, including representing of corporations in various legal instances such as the Supreme Court and the Administrative Appeal Courts. Naama provides ongoing legal support to public and private sector corporations, as well as to non-profit organizations, including by providing opinions on complex legal issues and by writing, following-up and assimilating compliance andenforcement programs, writing procedures and accompanying corporations in crises.
