Position

Renato Jarach is a partner at M. Firon & Co., heading the administrative law and tenders litigation department. Renato is one of Israel’s most seasoned and esteemed attorneys in the areas of administrative, public and constitutional law. His vast experience includes 16 years of service at the State Attorney’s Office, where he reached the coveted position of Head of the High Court of Justice Litigation Department. Upon completion of his senior public tenures, Renato shifted his focus to the private sector and has since accumulated three decades of hands-on experience in representing leading enterprises in their business relationships with governmental and municipal agencies and authorities. This unique, twofold experience, incorporating perspectives from both the public and private sectors, gives Renato an exclusive ability to handle elaborate administrative matters with unparalleled professionalism among his Israeli colleagues in this area of practice. Renato’s impressive resume includes hundreds of appearances before the Supreme Court, district courts and magistrate courts, alongside appearances before planning & zoning committees and other tribunals. He specializes in the full spectrum of administrative litigation and over the years has handled a myriad of petitions against different administrative authorities, including petitions of assorted constitutional matters, in the areas of tenders, real estate planning & zoning and many more. Likewise, Renato practices civil litigation concerning intricate legal issues. In addition to his respected work before the bench, Renato has a rich practice in the area of tenders. This practice includes actual representation of tender bidders throughout all the stages of a tender, representation of tender committees in government-owned companies, as well as targeted advice on various legal matters, provided to both tender bidders and tender issuers. Renato’s clientele includes prominent private and publicly traded companies in Israel, governmental and municipal ministries agencies and authorities, different quasi-governmental bodies, senior public entities, as well foreign business people and enterprises operating in Israel.
