Position

Yael Natan-Tishbi is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on real estate. Yael has more than a decade of experience at the forefront of real estate in Israel. Her clientele includes some of the country’s most prominent private and publicly traded real estate companies, which are responsible for the development of major nationwide projects. Yael also represents private clients, including foreign companies, in their large-scale real estate transactions. Over the past several years, she has advised on sizable real estate transactions and projects encompassing hundreds of residential units, some valued at hundreds of millions of shekels. Yael specializes in promoting the establishment of both residential and commercial projects, including office buildings. In addition, she is seasoned in advising on an extensive range of real estate endeavors, including combination transactions and acquisition groups. Yael has a unique expertise in handling the sales and acquisitions of luxury homes, and over the years has represented affluent business people, Israeli and foreign alike, in transactions for properties valued at tens of millions of shekels. Moreover, Yael has ample experience in handling agricultural land and provides advice to both commercial companies and private clients on projects and ventures in all related aspects thereof. These include handling zoning and planning procedures, tailoring the contractual array between all parties to the project, and managing the project's construction and marketing. On top of the aforesaid, Yael specializes in financing real estate projects and transactions. She is also an expert on real estate taxation, and renders comprehensive advice to commercial clients on their ongoing business operations.
