Position

Adv. Matan Spektor is a partner in the Firm’s Administrative Law, Tender and Regulatory Law Department.

Adv. Spektor works in the field of litigation, primarily in the field of administrative law, tenders, planning and construction, but also has experience in the field of civil law.

Matan has expertise in all aspects of administrative litigation, including the filing of petitions to the High Court and petitions against decisions by administrative authorities, with particular know-how when representing companies in proceedings to overturn financial sanctions imposed by State authorities such as the Consumer Protection Authority, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Standards Institute and other entities with similar powers.

Matan also deals extensively with tenders, with a particular emphasis on international infrastructure tenders, planning and construction, business licensing, and is also involved in files involving civil and commercial litigation. In the context of his work, he represents a broad cross-section of clients which includes Israeli companies, international corporations, local authorities and government companies, as well as private individuals.

Matan graduated with honors on his bachelor’s degree course at the University of Haifa, where he majored in political science. He also completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree studies in law, with distinction, at the College of Management.
