Adv. Zvi Firon, one of Israel’s finest and most eminent attorneys, is the head of M. Firon & Co. For more than three decades, Adv. Firon has been managing an exceptionally manifold and multifaceted law practice, specializing in all disciplines of commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, antitrust and taxation. Adv. Firon is highly seasoned in representing international corporations, publicly traded companies and leading clients in diverse transactions, both in Israel and worldwide. Thus, over the years, he has advised on transactions valued at multibillions of dollars. His practice has a distinct international flavor that stems from his unique experience in managing transactions all over the world (North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa). Furthermore, Adv. Firon is regarded as one of Israel’s top litigators – he has appeared before all instances of the Israeli courts and has taken part in the setting of numerous precedents by the Supreme Court. Additionally, Adv. Firon has vast experience in managing arbitrations, both local and international. Due to his business savviness and his invaluable experience, Adv.
