Ohad Jarach is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on commercial, administrative and civil litigation. Ohad specializes in a number of legal disciplines, including municipal tax, planning, zoning and financial disputes with a particular focus on administrative law and tenders. Ohad is a seasoned litigator, having represented clients before all instances of Israeli courts, including the Supreme Court, as well as in various arbitration proceedings. He also advises clients prior to commencement of legal proceedings, offering strategic advice on how to best promote their interests. Within the framework of his municipal expertise, Ohad handles municipal tax, levies and tenders for municipalities, as well as the full range of appeals and petitions related to planning and zoning.
