Position
Shay Huberman is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on real estate. Shay has nearly two decades of experience at the forefront of real estate in Israel. His list of clients includes Israel’s most prominent real estate and construction companies, some of which are traded on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. Over the years, Shay has advised on numerous large-scale real estate development projects, both commercial and residential. He specializes in promoting real estate ventures in the central and southern regions of Israel, from locating the land and handling the contractual array and planning aspects to managing the project's construction, marketing and occupancy. Shay is highly seasoned in advising on an extensive range of commercial projects, including commercial centers, industrial parks, logistic centers and office buildings. In addition, he is well experienced in all marketing and construction facets of residential projects, from acquiring land rights and initiating urban construction plans to handling the relationships with contractors, suppliers and service providers and overseeing their population and registration. Shay is proficient in urban renewal, particularly in vacate-and-build projects, having handled numerous such projects over the past decade, from the initial planning by the planning committees and the local authorities, to forming the adequate contractual array between all parties to the project. He also specializes in various commercial transactions for selling, purchasing and renting real estate, as well as in combination transactions and construction agreements. In addition, Shay handles project financing, real estate taxation, planning and zoning procedures and proceedings before planning committees and municipal bodies.
