Position
Partner. Claudio Bazzani heads Homburger's White Collar Crime & Investigations team. He specializes in large-scale internal and regulatory investigations and advises corporate clients in compliance matters, with a particular focus on anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and economic sanctions compliance. He represents clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings before Swiss and foreign governmental agencies, including U.S. authorities, and in domestic and international litigation proceedings.
Education
Graduated lic iur with additional degree in European Law (2002) from University of Fribourg, LLM (2006) from The University of Chicago Law School and Dr iur (2007) from University of Lucerne. He is admitted to the Swiss (2004) and New York (2007) bar.
