Franz Hoffet is a partner of Homburger's Competition and Regulatory teams. He represents a wide range of companies and trade associations in proceedings before the Swiss competition authorities, the European Commission and in civil courts and arbitration proceedings. He also advises clients on compliance matters of Swiss and European competition law.
