Partner. Stefanie Pfisterer specializes in arbitration and litigation. She has broad experience as counsel and arbitrator in international and domestic arbitration proceedings. She also represents clients in complex court proceedings. Contentious international trust and estate matters are her other areas of focus. Stefanie Pfisterer has been involved in more than 50 arbitration proceedings under various arbitration rules. She is experienced in disputes arising, inter alia, out of agency and distribution, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, M&A transactions, and international sales contracts. Stefanie Pfisterer also represents clients in complex court proceedings in a broad range of matters, in particular in international and cross-border disputes. She also represents entrepreneurs, foundations, and international families in contentious trust and estate matters. Stefanie Pfisterer is a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, and a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen.
