Partner. Practice focuses on public and private mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets (ECM) and real estate transactions. Other areas of work include corporate and capital markets law and corporate governance. He also co-heads Homburger's Healthcare / Life Sciences team.
Career
Qualified in 2009. Joined Homburger in 2014, partner since 2021. In addition, he teaches private and commercial law at the Universities of St. Gallen and Zurich, has authored two books and around 40 articles and regularly speaks at conferences in and outside Switzerland.
